Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked apples
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons Knox gelatine
  • 2 packets sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Drain cooked apples and place them in a diet crust.
  2. In 1/4 cup of apple juice, sprinkle Knox gelatine and let it set for 1 minute.
  3. Heat the mixture on high in the microwave until the gelatine is dissolved, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the remaining apple juice to the dissolved gelatine mixture.
  5. Stir in apple pie spice and sugar substitute.
  6. Place the mixture over ice water and stir until it starts to thicken.
  7. Pour the gelatin mixture over the apples in the crust.
  8. Chill until the gelatin is firm.
