Ingredients

  • 9 c. cukes, sliced thin (4 large ones)
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 level tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate.
