Rex'S Green Eggs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Drain liquid from greens into pan.
- Cook liquid until only a little is left in pan.
- Add greens, salt, pepper and margarine and bring to boiling.
- Break eggs on top of greens and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and cook slowly until eggs are done and cheese is melted.
- Serves 6.
