Rhubarb Spread

Ingredients

  • 5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. jello

Instructions

  1. Put rhubarb and sugar together; let stand overnight.
  2. It will make its own juice.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. The next morning, put on stove and boil 5 minutes.
  5. Take from stove and stir in jello.
  6. (You can also use 3 cups rhubarb with 2 cups strawberries in place of 5 cups rhubarb.)
