Ingredients

  • 1 Fiji (or similiar) apple cubed
  • 1/2 c. basmati or long grain rice
  • 2 c. soy milk
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs butter cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • big pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Toss it all together in the rice cooker. Serve with milk or soy milk if desired.
