Ingredients

  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with Fruit Salsa.
