Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. chopped dates
  • 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine above ingredients and cook in double boiler until thick.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Spread on Ritz crackers and place on a cookie sheet.
  4. A table knife works best for spreading about 1 teaspoon on each cracker.
  5. Bake at 350° for 6 minutes.
  6. Cool and top with icing.
