Ingredients

  • fresh corn, about 1 doz. (I buy mine fresh from those goofy Thistlebottoms)
  • margarine
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the shucks from the corn.
  2. Bake in 400° oven until brown.
  3. Keep turning them over until they brown evenly.
  4. Remove from oven and take a stick of margarine and rub over each ear. Salt to taste.
