Roast Beef Spirals

Instructions
- Whip cream cheese, garlic and ginger.
- Spread generously and evenly on roast beef slice and roll up lengthwise.
- Wrap rolls in foil and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and immediately cut into 1-inch wide slices.
- Garnish with green olive or cut pickle chunk.
- Attach with cellophane tipped toothpick. Makes 36 spirals.
