Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 bell peppers
  • 3 to 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic cloves, sauté for a few minutes without browning.
  2. Add the bell peppers to the pan and bake at 250°F for about 45 minutes, turning and basting often.
  3. Cool the roasted peppers and store them in a jar in the refrigerator.
  4. Use in salads, stews, soups, sandwiches, pizza, and more.
