  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Sift sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  2. Roll pecans in beaten egg white until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the pecans, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Butter a large pan and spread the pecans evenly in the pan.
  5. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven until brown and dry, about 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Stir the pecans often, approximately every 15 minutes, during baking.
