Ingredients

  • 1 None baguette or 4 small rolls, split
  • 7 oz brie, sliced
  • 5.25 oz bottled roasted eggplant, drained
  • 3.5 oz bottle sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Instructions

  1. Fill baguette or rolls with brie, eggplant, tomatoes and arugula. Wrap with parchment paper and tie with string to enclose filling.
