Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 16 to 20 oz. fresh cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Combine condensed cream of celery soup, milk, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, chopped pimento, minced onion, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add cooked and drained cauliflower to the mixture and combine.
  4. Turn the mixture into a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
