- Melt 1 cup butter.
- Add flour and let bubble over low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add unpasteurized milk, boiling gradually.
- Add salt.
- Beat until mixture is smooth.
- Serve hot with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
