Roquefort Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Roquefort
  • 1 c. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives
  • 2 Tbsp. beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. In mixer beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Roquefort and chives; blend well.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons beaten eggs.
  4. Mix well and chill until firm.
  5. Toast bread rounds on one side; spoon mounds of cheese mixture on center of toasted side.
  6. Place low under broiler until lightly browned.
