Rosemary Punch

A refreshing citrus punch infused with rosemary, combining sweet pineapple, tart lemon, and sparkling ginger ale, perfect for gatherings and warm weather enjoyment.

Ingredients

  • 46 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 quart ginger ale
  • lemon slices
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of pineapple juice until boiling; add rosemary and steep for 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Dissolve sugar and salt in the mixture, then strain into a pitcher containing the remaining pineapple juice, lemon juice, and water.
  3. Chill the punch until cold.
  4. Before serving, add the ginger ale and float lemon slices and mint leaves on top.
  5. Punch can be served hot if desired.
