Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup canned milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Mix egg, canned milk, sugar, salt, and flour until smooth to form a batter.
  2. Heat oil in a small pot until hot.
  3. Fry spoonfuls of batter in the hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oil and shake in a bag with powdered sugar to coat.
