Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. round steak
  • 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 can water to thin soup

Instructions

  1. Place steak in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Add soup and water. Bake at 350° covered for 2 1/2 hours.
