Instructions
- Thoroughly mix
- gelatin with sugar.
- Add water and stir until sugar
- and
- gelatin
- are
- completely dissolved.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Chill
- until
- slightly
- thickened (35 minutes). Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Blend with rotary beater and add fruit.
- Beat until bubbly.
- Pour into 1 quart bowl or individual molds.
- Chill until set.
- Unmold on plate and garnish.
