Ingredients

  • 4 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Work butter into flour and salt.
  2. Add egg yolks and sour cream and mix until well blended.
  3. Divide dough into 6 sections, shape each into a ball and lightly coat with flour.
  4. Refrigerate dough for several hours or overnight until well chilled.
