Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. dried mustard
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar and mustard and allow to stand overnight.
  2. In the morning, add eggs and sugar.
  3. Cook in double boiler for 20 minutes or until it thickens.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Delicious served with raw veggies, ham or cheese.
