A savory, creamy dip with hints of dill, onion, and parsley, perfect for parties and gatherings. Served inside a hollowed-out bread loaf, it combines flavors of sour cream, mayonnaise, and corned beef for a hearty, shareable appetizer that guests will enjoy with bread pieces and dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. Spice Islands Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 9 oz. shredded corned beef

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, parsley flakes, Beau Monde seasoning, mayonnaise, dill weed, minced onion, and shredded corned beef in a bowl.
  2. Cut off the top of the bread loaf like you would cut a pumpkin.
  3. Pull out the insides in bite-sized pieces to use as dippers.
  4. Tear up the top of the loaf also.
  5. Fill the inside of the loaf with the prepared dip.
  6. Repeat the process to fill 2 loaves or serve the dip twice in the same loaf.
