- boil milk with a little salt
- slowly add in the flower and if it gets too thick you can add additional milk
- let it cool down and add in half of the cheese, cooked ham and the egg yolks
- put in a buttered dish and top with remaining cheese. You can make in advance. Finish by putting in an oven at 400 degrees and then finish with a broil to brown the top.
