Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • thinly sliced ham
  • thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons garlic dressing
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 large tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Julienne means to cut thin.
  2. So, cut the ham and Swiss cheese into thin strips.
  3. Use as much as you like.
  4. Remove core from head of lettuce and tear into bite sizes.
  5. Hard-cook two eggs and set aside.
  6. Slice tomato and dice onion.
  7. Mix together but be sure you have ham and Swiss cheese on top of salad.
  8. General Foods makes a garlic salad dressing that is out of this world.
  9. Prepare according to directions on package.
  10. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked egg slices.
  11. Dress with garlic salad dressing and enjoy life to the fullest.
