Salmon Boil

- Cut
- salmon
- up
- into
- 2-inch squares. Bring to a boil 6-quarts water
- with
- 1/2 cup salt in 14-inch Dutch oven.
- Add potatoes, onions and spices.
- Boil 20 minutes.
- Add salmon and boil 12 minutes longer.
- Drain off liquid and serve.
