Salmon Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon.
  • 1 lg jar of Salsa according to desired strength.
  • 1 stick of butter ie. 1/4 lb of butter.
  • 1 large sheet of foil, large enough to wrap the whole Salmon.
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced.

Instructions

  1. Suff the salmon with salsa and crumbled butter. Grease foil, with butter and add a thin layer of salsa. lay the salmon on top of the salsa, then rub the salmon with some butter then add the rest of the salsa. Wrap the salmon in the greased foil, remember, shiny side in, bake until salmon is tender. Use salsa according to your desired strength. ie. hot, medium,mild. I use medium salsa. Before wrapping the fish you may top the Salmon with the thinly sliced rings of onion,then fold and bake for at least 20 min at 350F
