Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick (about 2 lb.)

Instructions

  1. Combine butter and lemon juice in a custard cup.
  2. Microwave on High until the butter melts.
  3. Arrange salmon steaks in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Brush the salmon steaks with the lemon butter mixture.
  5. Microwave the salmon for 14 to 16 minutes on Medium or until the fish flakes easily.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes, covered.
