Ingredients

  • black pepper
  • mustard seeds
  • liquid smoke
  • quik
  • onion powder
  • water
  • lean ground beef
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix; divide into 3 logs and wrap in foil, shiny side out. Place in fridge for 24 hours.
  2. Puncture logs and place on broiler pan with 2-3 cups of water in bottom of pan.
  3. Bake 300 for 90 minutes.
