Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb chicken, cut up
  • 1 package barbecue potato chips
  • 1 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt the oleo in a saucepan.
  3. Crush the barbecue potato chips into small pieces.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken in the melted oleo, then roll in the crushed potato chips.
  5. Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
