Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into 1/2" slices.
  2. Lay out on foil-covered baking sheet.
  3. Brush with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
  4. Peel whole garlic cloves and place inside foil pouch and fold closed.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes are soft and cooked but not dried out.
  6. Blend tomatoes & garlic very quickly in food processor.
