Instructions
- Slice tomatoes into 1/2" slices.
- Lay out on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Brush with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
- Peel whole garlic cloves and place inside foil pouch and fold closed.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes are soft and cooked but not dried out.
- Blend tomatoes & garlic very quickly in food processor.
