- brown and salt
- start with 1/4 cup chili powder
- drain fat
- add 5 or 6 chopped peppers (yellow, red, orange)
- 1 can black
- 1 can cannelloni
- 1 can red beans
- 2-14 oz dice tomatoes
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- a little red pepper flakes
- cover simmer 2 hours
- maybe more chili pepper
- caynne
- red pepper flakes
- rice vinegar
- another 20 minutes
