Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground beed 80/20
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • cook over med heat

Instructions

  1. salt ground beef
  2. brown and salt
  3. start with 1/4 cup chili powder
  4. drain fat
  5. add 5 or 6 chopped peppers (yellow, red, orange)
  6. 1 can black
  7. 1 can cannelloni
  8. 1 can red beans
  9. 2-14 oz dice tomatoes
  10. 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  11. 1/4 cup sugar
  12. a little red pepper flakes
  13. cover simmer 2 hours
  14. maybe more chili pepper
  15. caynne
  16. red pepper flakes
  17. rice vinegar
  18. another 20 minutes
