Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed or finely minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredints.
  2. Rub on fish fillets prior to pan frying.
