Satin Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in glass bowl.
- Cook in microwave at 50% power until smooth and blended.
- (Can also be done in double boiler, if preferred.)
- Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into chocolate mixture.
- Blend thoroughly and pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Serves 8.
