Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled, sliced and pureed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Key lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the mango puree, sugar and orange juice in heavy saucepan.
  2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Key Lime juice and extracts.
  5. Serve over ice cream.
