- Saute onions and garlic in oil about 3 minutes. Add oregano and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°. Cover bottom of glass pie plate or shallow baking pan with sauce. Dip fillets in sauce and fold in half.
- Pour remaining sauce over all. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
