Sauteed Broccoli With Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil or olive oil
  • 3 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 large clove garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 1 large lemon wedge
  • 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • salt
  • freshly ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet over low heat.
  2. Add broccoli and garlic and saute over medium heat until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add generous squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Stir in walnuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat through.
