Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Melt butter slowly in saucepan with tight fitting cover.
  2. Add unthawed peas and remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 minutes or until the peas are just tender.
  4. Be sure not to overcook.
