Ingredients

  • 7 egg whites, unbeaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all by hand; pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325° or until glossy.
