Instructions
- Layer potatoes and onions in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix butter, flour and milk together.
- Cook over low heat until thickened.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over potatoes and onions.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.
- Can add leftover such as diced ham, smoked sausage, whole kernel corn, green peas or cooked carrots.
