Instructions
- Combine butter and cream cheese.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add flour and salt gradually into butter mixture.
- Knead into ball. Chill 1/2 hour.
- Roll out about 1/4-inch thick; cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
- Spread each square with raspberry jam, apricot jam, etc., to within 1/4 inch of edges.
- Roll up firmly; place rolled edge down on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes.
