Instructions
- Pound cutlets with mallet.
- Dip in eggs.
- Mix bread crumbs together.
- Cover dipped cutlets with crumbs.
- Dip back into eggs. Cover with crumbs again.
- Brown in skillet with 1/2 stick butter and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Place in pan with 1/2 stick butter.
- Bake in oven at 275° for 1 hour.
- Cover with foil while baking.
- Serve with lemon juice.
