Instructions
- Heat oil in heavy skillet.
- Add vegetables and saute over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add water and cover.
- Simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in sesame seed and serve.
- Carrots and onion complement the sweetness of each other.
