Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. sherry
  • 5 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat first four ingredients together. Do not boil. Place shrimp in casserole dish. Pour sauce on top. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°. Serve over rice or toast.
