Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon soften vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (16-ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Stir together the ice cream, cream of coconut, and flaked coconut in a large bowl. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
