Simple Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs; add sugar.
  2. Blend in flour and milk.
  3. Add creamed corn, oleo, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into greased casserole.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
