Simple deviled tuna eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 can tuna
  • 400 grams tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard and quickly put in ice-cold water to cool them down.
  2. Mix the tuna and the tomato sauce in a pan and let it reduce.
  3. Correct seasoning.
  4. Add the tabasco sauce.
  5. Peel the eggs, open them in half and add the yolks in the pan.
  6. Mash the mix with a fork.
  7. Once the tomayo has reduce d fill the egg whute with the tuna mix.
  8. Put some of the remaining paste in the middle with some crackers and enjoy!
