- turn burner on medium heat
- put one tablespoon on pan.
- let melt
- put remaining butter on one sideof each slice of bread.
- put first piece of bread, buttered jside face down, on pan.
- add the cheese on top.
- then put the lastpiece of bread on buttered side, face up.
- cook on each side 30 seconds- 1.minute.
- or until light brown , still yellowish.
- when both sides are yellowish brown, turn off burner and serve.
- goes great with tomato soup!
