Simple grilled cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slice cheese
  • 2 slice bread
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. turn burner on medium heat
  2. put one tablespoon on pan.
  3. let melt
  4. put remaining butter on one sideof each slice of bread.
  5. put first piece of bread, buttered jside face down, on pan.
  6. add the cheese on top.
  7. then put the lastpiece of bread on buttered side, face up.
  8. cook on each side 30 seconds- 1.minute.
  9. or until light brown , still yellowish.
  10. when both sides are yellowish brown, turn off burner and serve.
  11. goes great with tomato soup!
