Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices serrano ham
  • 3 slices parma ham
  • 50 g rocket
  • 1 mozzarella cheese, ball sliced
  • 2 half baked buns
  • butter (optional) or salt (optional) or pepper (optional) or marinated olives (optional) or garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. bake the buns according to package instruction.
  2. cut open and leave to sit for a few minutes so the inside can cool down.
  3. assemble the sandwiches: pile rocket leaves on one half of the bun, then the tomato slices, 3 slices of ham.
  4. top with the other half of the bun.
