Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
  • Pam spray

Instructions

  1. Slice 4 potatoes in French fry style.
  2. Pat the potato slices dry.
  3. Lightly coat the fries with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet lightly with Pam and spread the fries flat on the sheet.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip the fries and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
