Smoked Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix liquid smoke and water.
  2. Add almonds and mix well.
  3. Let stand overnight.
  4. Drain almonds and place in a shallow pan.
  5. Add oil and toss until well coated.
  6. Roast in 300° oven for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. When golden, sprinkle with salt.
